I’m Lisa and I help clients move beyond traditional talk-therapy to find balance, healing, and wholeness through a holistic approach. With training in neuropsychology, embodiment approaches, and certified eating disorder courses, I help clients identify the underlying causes to the areas they feel stuck in while learning how to reset their nervous system and shift out of survival mode.
It is important for you to feel that you can come to session on the good days or the bad days. No matter what you are experiencing, this is a safe space to process the complex and deep layers or the simple stuff that comes up .

Trauma focused therapy provides a space to learn about normal trauma responses; how experiences with trauma affect mental, behavioral, emotional, and physical well being. We work together to develop skills to help you cope and process emotions and memories connected to your experiences. We heal from trauma by learning how to handle and embrace the joy in life.
