Rooted in Recovery. Grounded in Compassion.
Therapy that meets you where you are.
Healing is possible
and it can start now.
I provide virtual therapy for individuals in Michigan & Georgia, with specialized support for eating disorder recovery, trauma, grief, and caregiver stress.
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Lisa and I help clients move beyond talk therapy to find balance, healing, and wholeness through a trauma-informed, nervous system focused approach.
With training in eating disorder treatment, embodiment practices, and nervous system regulation, I support clients in understanding what’s underneath the patterns they feel stuck in - and gently shifting out of survival mode.
Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are - on the good days and the hard ones. Whether you’re processing deep, complex experiences or navigating the day to day stressors of life, this is a place where it’s all welcome.
Together, we will:
Explore your concerns and identify strengths and values
Develop skills that support lasting change and resilience
Work toward easing self-criticism and strengthening your healthy self
When you are facing self doubt, anxiety, or life transitions, you don’t have to do it alone. My role is to help you navigate what feels overwhelming and make space for healing, growth, and clarity.
If you’re ready to show up for yourself and explore meaningful change, let’s talk.
I provide telehealth therapy for clients located in Michigan and Georgia.
How I can Support You:
Individual Therapy
Support for eating disorder recovery, trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
Groups & Programs
Therapeutic groups designed to offer connection, skill-building, and support in recovery and healing.
Therapy Intensives
Focused, customized support for clients who want deeper therapeutic work over a shorter period of time.
Workshops & Speaking
Compassionate, trauma-informed education for healthcare teams, caregivers, school, and community spaces.
I might be a good fit for you if you are looking for support with:
Feeling overwhelmed by food, body image, or recovery
Carrying the impact of trauma or chronic stress
Navigating grief, loss, or caregiving
Wanting a space to slow down, process, and reconnect with yourself
Healing often begins in spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to keep going, and reminded they do not have to do it alone.
I approach therapy through a compassionate, relational, and trauma-informed lens. I value creating a space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and never reduced to a diagnosis or struggle.
Together, we may focus on:
understanding patterns with curiosity rather than shame
building nervous system regulation and emotional awareness
strengthening coping tools that actually fit your life
creating room for healing, recovery, and self-compassion
This work is about helping you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.
