I’m Lisa and I help clients move beyond talk therapy to find balance, healing, and wholeness through a trauma-informed, nervous system focused approach.

With training in eating disorder treatment, embodiment practices, and nervous system regulation, I support clients in understanding what’s underneath the patterns they feel stuck in - and gently shifting out of survival mode.

Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are - on the good days and the hard ones. Whether you’re processing deep, complex experiences or navigating the day to day stressors of life, this is a place where it’s all welcome.
